Steps

  1. Make sure you are calm and centered. Do not do this when overwhelmed or on the go.
  2. Write or speak a clear, emotionally meaningful intention. Be clear about time constraints if you have them.
  3. Repeat it daily—morning and before sleep.
  4. Visualize the desired state. What are you doing, seeing, and feeling?
  5. Ask insightful questions.
    1. What’s the next step I need to take?
    2. What would this look like if it felt easy?
    3. Who would I be if this were easy?
  6. Review patterns and synchronicities as they come up. Intuition often speaks through repeated messages. Keep a log of these.
